I usually only eat fruits and snacks for lunch time as a pre-workout meal, but decided to try to actually make a meal that's below 400 calories.

Turned out great! It's 3 eggs, egg whites, unsweetened almond milk and the veggies.

Might still need a fruit for more carbs before my workout though.
