The orange soy cookies happen to be vegan, but the rest is all alternatives: soy milk, soy cream for cooking, three Violife cheeses, veg. oyster sauce, and this Italian paste that forms burgers or meatballs when mixed with breadcrumbs!

That paste looks interesting
I’m very surprised to see that. When I did some research on vegan options there, it seemed really hard. How is your trip going? Madagascar is at the top of my list of places to visit.
Is it expensive for locals to buy that?
