I swear, the food in New Jersey is incredible, and it seems like every day there’s a restaurant outdoing itself by coming up with a combination that you’ve never heard of before, but looks absolutely amazing.
For example, a while ago I was obsessed with this place near Red Bank called Taliercio’s, which makes a sandwich called the Route 35, and it may be the most New Jersey sandwich I’ve ever seen in my life.
Italian Food Is Always One Of The Most Popular Foods In NJ
Of course, Italian Food is always a beloved option in the Garden State, and we may have some of the best, most authentic Italian spots in the country, right here in Jersey.
And now, there’s an Italian spot in Jersey going viral because of its pasta bowls, and no, I don’t mean the dishes.
An Italian Place In NJ Is Making Edible Pasta Bowls
This place makes a pasta bowl that you can eat, and that’s not me trying to be cute or anything, you can literally eat the bowl your pasta comes in because it’s made out of fresh cheese.

The cheese bowls are made in-house, and you have your choice of three different types of pasta: carbonara, spicy rigatoni, and a black garlic lumaconi, which features giant shells.
Just check it out for yourself, you’ll want to make a reservation right now.
The place is called Frank Anthony’s, and they’re located in Verona, NJ. So is it a hike from the shore? Yes, it is; however, once you have your own pasta dish in an edible cheese bowl, I don’t think you’ll be too concerned about the ride on the Parkway.
