That looks amazing. And I bet it tastes just as good!

Back in my days we just ate biscuits with yoghurt and noone called it japanese.

I’ve seen this before but I’ve never seen why it’s specifically referred to as Japanese? Especially considering many Asian countries don’t tend to eat a lot of dairy

This trend is a lower calorie type of icebox cake. If the idea appeals to you, there are a million variations you could play off of if you search the internet for icebox cakes- they’ve been around forever

It’s delicious, a friend made it a few days ago. Yum

ehh idk i feel like greek yogurt is more similar to cheesecake than the cream an ice box cake.

I’ve made this before and added a raspberry chia jam on top for some fiber. It’s nice!

Just before this became a trend I got obsessed with vanilla Oikos zero sweetened with some Cary’s syrup (it cuts the tartness) with crush graham cracker. I’ll have to try this.

I think I’ve made something like this wihout knowing that it was a trend in Japan! I was just desparate for desserts so I used Biscoff, vanilla pudding, and greek yogurt to make something that ressembles a cheesecake. lol

I used TooGood vanilla yogurt, graham crackers (because it is what I had) and a sugar free dark chocolate grated over the top. Kind of like a smore without the to sweet marshmallow flavor.

It looks good but knowing me I wouldn’t like it because I don’t like soggy stuff in yogurt and rather have actual cheesecake to get the craving fix
