  3. Can someone please explain to me what the purpose of the cartouche thingy is? Seems pointless considering up until just a few weeks ago I had never seen or heard of one before.

  4. I suppose these guys have a separate cartouche station in there Restaurant where some poor fella with hands full of papercuts is franticlly cutting cartouches. And the orders are comming in like:“i need a cartouche asap on gardmanger“ and 12 cartouches all day“ 5 cartouches on the puree station
