





Did this once before, and it didn't taste like much, plus was too liquid. 2nd try.
Recipe:
8 jalapenos
1 habanero
3 dientes de ajo
2 limons
Cilantro
Salt
Oil

1. Boiled that shit.
2. That's the color of ready.
3. Threw into all in the tub/container, waited to cool and added salt and cilantro.
4. Mixed it all, added tiny bits of water and oil.
5. Little more water and oil, and decided it was ready. Because last time I added too much. It wasn't ready.
6. Checked some recipes, added 2 limons and more oil, made sure to really mix it with the immersion blender. The limes seem to make a massive difference.
Tastes great, works with eggs and just about anything.

It’s not all that spicy, could easily take another habanero. Though I don’t know if its the jalapenos (sometimes they have no spice) or does the oil smooth it out.

A local taco place has a very similar salsa, but they add in a small amount of pickling brine as well. Absolutely slaps on grilled chicken street tacos.
