Oh wow, I grew up eating this in the SF Bay area! I didn’t know it was a real recipe

Love making this. I use like 500 times more garlic though haha. It also goes super well with things like crab meat, shrimp, etc. I’ve done it with smoked pulled pork as well which is really good with some pickled red onions to add brightness.

both this and peanut noodles are my favorite things to cook when i dont feel like cooking too much. they always hit the spot and are easy to make!
