    Ive been digging a nice thick meat sauce or sausage and vodka sauce if im feeling extra fancy, paired with roasted spaghetti squash. A half a spaghetti squash and 3/4 cup sauce is roughly 350 cals for a huge meal that tastes incredible because im not swapping out ground beef or sausage for a less flavorful and less calorically dense protein like ground turkey. I also posted a chicken and rajas poblanas meal prep I made a little while back that slaps.

    Can you tell me about your protein oats? Im struggling to get them into my rotation as its not something I crave.
