Ingredients
• 1 1/2 cup chopped parsley
• 1 cup olive oil (or avocado oil)
• 1/3 cup red wine vinegar
• 1 tablespoon spoon red pepper flakes
• 1/2 tablespoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon pepper
• 1 teaspoon oregano
• 4 diced garlic cloves
Directions
Chop parsley into fine bits
Dice garlic
Combine all ingredients into a mixing bowl
Place in fridge covered to develop for a few hours
Use as topping on veggies and proteins
