Lobster, snap peas, and brown water

• 1½ tbsp fish sauce

• 1 tbsp fresh lime juice

• 1 tsp soy sauce

• 1 tsp honey or brown sugar

• ½ tsp sesame oil

• ½ tsp chili flakes (or 1 small Thai chili)
