Used Brian Lagerstrom “The Perfect Squishy Burger Bun” recipe for the bread. My favorite bun recipe ever.
Would of prefer regular avocado over avocado crema, but already had it in the fridge so whatever. Also mixed sriracha and kewpie mayo for the bottom.
Was a slippery boy, that’s why there’s toothpick on top. I had to wrap the sandwich like a burger to enjoy it without all the wet squishing out. Worth it.
