Ingredients For Beef Stew:
Beef – 1 kilogram
Onions – 300 gms
Cloves – 6
Cinnamon – 1 small stick
Peppercorns – 1 tsp
Bayleaves -2
Garlic – 1 pod chopped

  8. I get calf meat from beef, cow 🐮🐄they cook faster..
    But then this recipe is also nice. I prefer mostly recipes from Hungary & also Puerto Rican..
    In Goa beef is available like in Calcutta, North East & also kerala..
