This isn’t my favorite squid cut but salt and pepper squid is soooo good. I’ve tried all the salt and pepper meat options and I like squid the best by a large margin. I hope you enjoyed it!

Salt and pepper squid is one of those dishes that sounds simple but getting that crispy coating right without turning it rubbery is genuinely hard. This looks perfectly done.
