This was my first time and there will for sure be a next time! Next time I will cook longer (darker frico) and add more pepperoni. Those babies shrunk!! All in all it was very tasty, no changes to the actual recipe needed. Go easy on me!

Hell yeah looks solid! Coincidentally, I actually made my first attempt at Detroit style dough as well. It’s proofing right now gonna throw it in the oven in about an hour, hoping for great success.
