This is amazing I want to do this lol you’ve inspired me.

  2. Assuming you freeze these what is the best way to reheat for optimal texture, etc? Just good ol’ microwave?

Edit: Thanks for the tips y’all. Seems like using the oven at least partially or entirely is the move!

Oh looks so good. I bet that’s a great feeling just having good burritos ready to enjoy! How do you prep/cook your meats?

Please post your recipes / lists of ingredients!

We recently added a rule (#6) requiring either a recipe or list of ingredients, since it is so often requested. If you wouldn’t mind adding that we’d appreciate it!

Assuming you primarily eat these for dinner? Only having a microwave at my work sort of kills my ability to do meal prep like this unfortunately

I used to batch cook burritos once a month and burned myself out trying to roll them all in one day. Now I prep the fillings Saturday, chill them overnight, then roll and freeze Sunday morning when my hands are fresh. Chicken thighs at 375F for 25 min stay juicy and cost half what breasts do. Doing it this way, I actually stick with meal prep instead of giving up halfway through.

splitting over two days sounds like a solid strategy

Nice. I would do the same. Maybe make some curry chicken though to add more flavor for the burritos.
