Tasting Notes: One thing that immediately hit me here is the gorgeous smell. I feel like I could smell the soil, earthy/mineraly. In my mind I picture wet soil/stones.

Taste is an incredible balance. Cranberry, raspberry. Bright acidity. Slightly tart like I’ve noticed in other Oregon pinot, but this one has a somewhat sweet finish to me that just beautifully rounds it out.

I want to say medium body? I’m still very new to all this, but I do know that it was delicious. I let it sit in the glass for ~10 minutes. Swirling as I continued to sip and enjoy.

(First bottle I fell in love with was Au Bon Climat.)

Roserock is awesome and a completely different experience than ABC so I’m glad you liked it! It’s a really wonderful representation of Oregon Pinot and is a screaming deal at $30 IMO. Oregon has a ton of killer Pinot at affordable price points if you want to branch out. I’m a big fan of Ken Wright everything and their entry wine is like $25

Love that bottle, and I’m excited seeing lots of people enjoying DDO wines, I’ve been a huge fan of theirs, love seeing them get their flowers.
