It's like this family has a starred Michelin chef preparing an incredible meal for them each day. What would the going rate be? I would guess it'll get to a point where he should be bringing in ~$120-130k per year? Well, if I could afford a personal chef, that's what I would pay..
It’s probably the breed of chicken. Not all massive chickens are hormonally grown, there are chicken breeds that are bred to be a big as possible for meat production and raised organically meaning without any antibiotics/ hormones. That being said the USDA has a sorta weird loop holes for calling things “organic” and by the way breeding certain species of chickens is in fact genetically modifying them so if anyone tries to sell you on non GMO chickens remember that that is just a scam to get more money from you and refers to if that animal ate gmo feed which will not effect the animals meat.

How much is it hire a private chef with such skills sets?
They are purple! Good call, king.
Never thought about Blanching the brussel sprouts before roasting
Simple ingredients but made masterfully
Blue/purple is actually a rare form of color blindness
ask the chicken's ancestors
My mother never heard of balsamic
That looks amazing!!!

The white color of the fat on the chicken is so impressive. It such an even coating and really speaks to chickens that are well taken care of
They are eating better for lunch on a random Wednesday than I will all year.
I'm suprised it's an organic chicken cuz it's so huge! What a luxury to have a private chef make such delicious meals for you.
The chicken is a Rock-Cornish cross, with hybrid vigor, fed a high-protein feed so it grows fast.
The chicken is usually big because it pumps with saline to get a bigger chicken.
They are big because they feed them growth hormones.
Fuck that's a gorgeous meal
the chefs press for the win 🎉
Ur clients must be tiny… lunch looks like appetizer lololol
Beautiful plating!
Finally a dude who will admit to being colored blind!👍
Now I’m hungry 😂
