Can I come over for dinner some time?

If you’re meal prepping these, caramelize your onions and peppers in advance (saves 20 minutes day-of), but assemble the sandwich fresh to prevent sogginess. For better nutrient absorption, the pickled onions actually help break down the plant proteins in Juicy Marbles. Toast those homemade rolls lightly at 375F to stabilize the structure.
