I’ve used this book to make a bunch of different bowls and even hosted a 100ish bowl pop up with a friend using this as my main guide. Just found this sub and wanted everyone’s two cents

If it’s a book about making ramen that would be neat.

I love this book. Buy it as a gift for people all the time. It’s as gorgeous as it is fun as it is informative.

My chashu recipe is from that book. My wife has told me I’m never allowed to change my chashu.

I have this one and the dumplings one. I’ve made (poorly) some of the dumplings recipes, and while they were ugly, they were tasty! I haven’t made any of the ramen recipes yet because I’ve got a few go to of my own that are great.
