    Dressing
    ⅓ cup olive oil
    ¼ cup lemon juice or red wine vinegar
    2 cloves minced or pressed garlic
    1 teaspoon dried oregano
    ½-1 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon dijon mustard
    Pinch black pepper

    Filling
    1 can chickpeas – drained
    1 block feta – crumbled
    8 oz tomatoes – finely chopped
    1 cucumber – finely chopped
    ½ cup 80 acres microgreens
    ~10 oz kalamata olives – finely chopped

    Optional garlic yogurt sauce
    ¼ cup greek or skyr yogurt
    1 garlic clove
    Juice from ½ lemon
    2 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley or dill
    Water to thin if needed
    salt/pepper to taste

    Other ingredients
    3-4 wraps (burrito or wrap size both work)

    Add all dressing ingredients to a bowl or jar and mix together.
    Add all filling ingredients to a large bowl and toss together with dressing.
    Mix together sauce in a bowl or jar if using.
    Add filling to burrito or wrap, fold in sides and roll up. I recommend watching a video on how to properly roll a burrito/wrap because it makes things a lot easier! Cut wrap in half, dip/drizzle with yogurt sauce and enjoy.
    *I recommend only making the amount of wraps you plan to eat immediately and storing the wraps and filling separately

    Drink coconut water for a small face
    The food should make billions move before getting into the tummy. Otherwise, the body has to work billions, move physically
