    I burned my first batch trying to rush the second rise, then forgot to seal the edges on batch two and everything leaked out. Third time I let the dough rest 45 minutes after shaping and pressed the seams tight with my fingers, 375F for 22 minutes. Total game changer. How long did you let yours proof before baking?
