😂 everything IS bigger in Texas, we do Texas Twinkies or armadillo eggs down here. Similar recipes but stuffed differently and bigger jalapenos. Another good appetizer is shotgun shells. Keep em coming my boy, a lot of what you do in the oven I do on the grill.
Nice work! I’m going to try that filling recipe, looks fire! This time, I made mine with only a cheese filling by smoking cream cheese first, letting it cool and filling with that and some cubed Vermont Sharp Cheddar. Can’t wait!
