What’s your method for this? I do wings all the time but haven’t combined them with small potatoes. Do you start them at separate times I assume or just all in there at once?

I’ve done this, but I’ve separated the wings from the potatoes. I put the potatoes in the center section, and then divided the wings into the two outer sections. I can’t explain it, but having raw chicken tumbling around with the potatoes just seemed wrong.

That’s a hell of a full basket. How long until everything cooks full? Almost looks like when you wok cook and crowd the pan it steams instead of fry
