    If there aren’t any nice bread/rolls for dipping, as long it’s not in public, I’m drinking that sauce out of the bowl ramen broth style, no shame.

    My mom used to make lamb shanks every winter when I was a kid and the whole house smelled incredible for hours. Never thought to pair it with polenta though — that creamy texture must be perfect with the braising liquid. Stealing this idea for next weekend.
