The cauliflower rice swap is smart here. Paneer holds up really well for meal prep too since it doesn’t get that weird rubbery texture some proteins do after a few days in the fridge. Those macros are solid for a vegetarian prep. I’ve been meaning to try that turmeric cauliflower rice idea, do you season it with anything else or just turmeric?
