This is my favourite go to salad for a really delicious and fairly healthy grab and go meal or potluck offering. This can be made ahead of time the evening before which gives all the flavours in it time to mingle and really shine out.
Back when my littles were very young most of my time cooking was taken up by preparing baby food, this is a recipe I made for myself regularly as it is a no fuss recipe to make and both healthy and delicious.
