From when I was visiting the DHS campus in Washington DC a few months ago
I actually feel offended that this pizza from the Department of Homeland Security's campus in DC cost me $8.25…

I would let that pass if it was like $4. Gas station quality, gas station price, all is well.
Not 8.25 though.

I know the building. This a Sysco product, bottom rung. I think Sodexho was doing the “catering”. IIRC there was an awesome food truck scene at one point. Nobody ate at the cafeteria unless they were desperate.

The price is a crime, but the food looks good enough for what I expect at a campus, which is not much.

Second biggest war crime the DHS has committed this year

It looks reheated, readymade pizza. That cheese does not look good at all. Looks microwaved. It is a crime.

Similar to the pizza you get poolside in Punta Cana for $2 tip. Garbage

I think this is a borderline call. There seems to be sufficient pepperoni although it could be more consistently distributed. There is evidence of pizza grease but I would need to taste the grease to evaluate it. The crust looks mediocre at best. Given your description that it was not freshly made, reheated, and tasted terrible, I’m going to declare it guilty.

It looks like a red barons pizza, not worth 8 bucks but convenience comes with a premium price.
Mal-De-Terre
Is pizza by any reasonable definition. Would smash.
