This isn’t just soup… it’s been my son’s favorite since he was a baby.

Creamy yogurt broth, tiny meatballs, chickpeas, and that minty butter on top… pure comfort.
Some recipes just grow with your kids and never leave your table.

Boil 1/3 cup rice in 3.5 L water
Mix 750 g plain yogurt, 3 tbsp flour and 1 tsp salt
Mix 500 g ground beef with 1 egg, salt, pepper & dry mint and roll mini meatballs
Lightly flour & fry meatballs in butter and olive oil
Temper yogurt with hot rice water and add to pot
Add 2 cups cooked chickpeas and meatballs
Finish with butter and dry mint
