Deve essere buona
It looks good 👍 in Naples there are many places that are amazing, I’ve been to l’antica pizzeria da Michele, I suggest the fried pizza ripassata nel forno a legna (basically they fry it and then end the cooking process in the classic owen with woods) it’was wonderful, ask for a: “cottura bionda” (blonde cooking) so that is not overcooked 👍🤗 I hope you will have an amazing experience!
Is it common for phrases like “the best pizza in town” to be written in English on all the awnings? Or is this place especially tourist driven?
I’m from Italy, and if you’re going there, especially Naples, it’s hard NOT to have good pizza.
A good rule of thumb is to frequent the places that say they are certified by L’Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana. You can look up restaurants here: https://www.pizzanapoletana.org/en/
Anyone else find arugula to be over powering? I think it has a place in moderation but whenever i see it plated it is like mounds of arugula. How do you taste anything else?
We had great pizza everywhere, but especially liked Palazzo Petrucci Pizzeria. If you are really into it, I would also recommend the amateur pizza making class at [https://www.pizzanapoletana.org/en/](https://www.pizzanapoletana.org/en/) also. It’s the same place that they train pizza makers, but they have a tourist class too.
Schon mal was von Satzzeichen gehört? 😅
