Super tasty, the meat felt like it was melting in my mouth. Had it with mashed potatoes. Recipe in the comments.

Large pork chunks, half a green bell pepper, 1.5 onions, two large carrots, 5 cloves of garlic, one cube of chicken bullion, 5dl chicken stock, one can of crushed tomatoes, one spoon of brown sugar, and a lage dash of maggi sauce. Let it all sit in a dutch oven, lid halfway off, at about 135 degrees Celsius for about 7 hours. Did have to add some thicker to thicken the sauce.

Nice. Sounds like something I Frankensteined out of jar sauce and a marinaded tenderloin. Much good lip smackery. Cheers!
