    Creamy burrata over smashed avocado, topped with slow-roasted cherry tomato confit and finished with a drizzle of balsamic glaze. It’s simple but feels a little more put together – good for a slow weekend brunch or even a quick lunch.

    If you’re into avocado toast, this one’s worth trying.

  5. Andava bene…fino all'aggiunta di quel terribile "aceto balsamico" caramellato e sdolcinato…per carità! N.B. quello vero è tutta un'altra cosa: provare per credere!
