(Market Meal) French Onion Grilled Cheese with Gouda

Decent lunch sandwich, gouda was very tasty, but don't expect to caramelize a whole onion "in 8-10 minutes on medium-high heat". It takes about 30 minutes, low and slow for proper caramelization of an onion.
