




First time smoking ribs! Ran my smoker around 250°F for about 4 hours total. I left them alone for the first hour and a half, then started spritzing with apple cider vinegar about once an hour until they were done. For seasoning I used Meat Church Holy Cow BBQ Rub and Killer Hogs TX Brisket Rub. At the end I basted them with BBQ sauce and let it tack up for about 10 minutes, then pulled them off, wrapped tightly in foil, wrapped in a towel, and rested them in a cooler. Pretty happy with how they turned out — definitely learned a lot and looking forward to getting even better from here.
