One of our favourites and always hits the spot!

(I use the veg oyster sauce for the tofu, of course, and will note that I add a tsp of maple syrup and reduce 1 tsp of the soy sauce sometimes).

Veg: No recipe! Just broccoli, carrot, and mushroom quickly sauteed in a bit of veg broth, vegetarian oyster sauce, and minced garlic.

Green onion thrown on without too much care due to hunger, lol.

    Wow I literally came to ask how you cooked the veggies bc they just look so darn perfect… not mushy, not too crunchy either! Sorry probably weird to focus on that instead of your amazing tofu work lol but thank you for sharing !
