Recipe
Fish fillet 1 lb
Green bell pepper 1, potatoes 2, carrot 1 ( cut them in 2 inches long strips)
Tomatoes 2 without seeds and skin ( you can use 2 tbs of tomato paste instead of tomatoes)
Green chili 1 without seeds ( cut it in strips)
Garlic 3 cloves cut them into halves
Extra virgin olive oil 4 tbsp
Paprika 1 tsp
Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Turmeric 1/2 tsp
Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
Cilantro leaves 1/2 bunch
Water 1/2 cup
Method
In a pan add olive oil, bell pepper, potatoes, carrot, tomatoes, garlic, green chill, spices, 1/2 cup of water and cilantro leaves. Mix them and cover to cook them for 7 minutes on medium low flame. After 7 minutes set fish pieces on vegetables and let them cook for 2 minutes on medium low flame. Then flip the sides of fish fillet carefully, take some juices from pan and pour on fillet, cover them to cook for more 9 minutes on medium low flame. Keep the lid off and cook it on high flame for 30 seconds then garnish It with cilantro leaves and enjoy delicious Moroccan fish inshaAllah
