Absolutely amazing. It’s got the perfect balance between the punch and tang. Of the about 40 bottles of hot sauce in my fridge, this is a favorite.

Though, what does “select” red habanero peppers mean in the ingredients list?

  1. Marie rules! The “select” refers to her having a proprietary habanero strain they use to make her sauces

That’s a very good bottle. Always in my top 5.

Its a game changer. Marie Sharps sauce’s are great. They kinda get redundant, but its a staple

I have leveled up the the Red Hornet. Can’t get enough of that now. It’s perfection for those of us who have started to ruin our palates with spice.

It’s amazing! Fantastic flavor and heat.

  8. In this context “select” usually means they pick the finest produce of some sort. So it means high quality habaneros. It’s not really a substantial claim.

Select means they look through the peppers and dont use ones that look old, spoiled, black spots, unripe, … it doesnt really mean much as that should be standard quality control practice on all food products. Its just presenting it as a quality product, which it is.

Try the green Nopal one, fiery original or belizean heat, and pure love pineapple if you get the chance

We tried this sauce a few months back and we are all in too. Great flavor and heat combo. It’s amazing on avocados 🥑 My Daughter and I have already been through 2 bottles since we first tasted it 👍
