– 1lb Roma Tomatoes (4-5) – 10gr Arbol (12-18) – 10gr Guajillo, no seeds (2-3) – 3 Cloves garlic – 1tsp Knorr (heaping tsp) – 1tsp salt (to start)
Lightly toast the peppers and garlic with a spritz of oil. Pull garlic and set aside. Put all peppers in a pan of water, bring to a boil, turn off and let it sit for 20min. While waiting on peppers, char tomatoes.
Let everything cool. Add everything to a blender with 1/2cup water, you can use chili water if you like but may give bitter taste. Blend on high until no bits are visible. Add more liquid if you want it thinner. Add more salt if you need.
You can strain or pour straight into jar, bowl or what have you.

I’m guessing you mean Knorr tomato bouillon?
Edit: how’s the heat?

Looks fantastic! I love Arbil’s! We have those same dishes!! I’ve never seen them anywhere other than us. Perfect size bowls for soup and chili. Salsa too!😆

I store it in the fridge. If you want longer shelf life, do a 50/50 mix of water and acv. I usually finish this in 2 weeks.
You can also add lime juice for a more citrus taste if you like.
