Some of the best humans I’ve met were in the restaurant industry

I am considereing leaving a job cos of shit like this. Special treatment for people with three days off a week.

A few instances of things being put on the pass, then going back to drop other things and being told to come back and put something on the plate? ANother instance of being asked for stuffing, i was busy on the backline with starters and desserts. Turned around chef arms crossed leaning on the fridge doing nothing asking for stuffing. HC walked past barked it ta me, then walked past the walk in the stuffing as in, to go out the back and have a smoke.

There is zero team work, and it seems to be encouraged.

MEnu is too big, everything is bought in pre prepped basically. We spend a week making our own crumble now its pre bought apple mix and frozen rhubarb. Almost everything is from a can.

LEts be honest, those pre battoned Carrots taste of nothing.

Nots that is how you choke someone. See him pulling with the other arm

Not enough shouting at the dude filming. Unrealistic depiction of a busy/stacked line.

You can tell it’s fake. If he was really mad, he would have used those tongs to whip avocado pits at his coworker.

These are getting so old and predictable
We get it, you’re unoriginal but want attention

    Some real love right there.

Post some wedding pics for us when you’re at each other’s ceremony.
Don’t shove cake into faces, so wasteful…
