Allora Kitchen & Bar has opened at at 4215 N. High St. in the now closed Gallo’s on High space. Gallo’s announced their closure last month and promised that a similar concept would take over the space. The new owner, Nizar Sta, has reaffirmed that sentiment.

Allora promises to feature new menu items right alongside Gallo’s staples. New signage has gone up, and they are officially open for lunch and dinner. They announced the opening via social media. The post reads “Allora Kitchen & Bar is now open, taking over the former home of Gallo’s on High — bringing a fresh name and energy to a concept you already know and love. While the brand is new, the idea remains the same: great food, great drinks, and a welcoming place to gather with friends and family. Join us at Allora Kitchen & Bar to experience the next chapter—where familiar favorites meet a refreshed atmosphere and new possibilities.”
Allora will be open for lunch and dinner daily, with new hours posted on their door specifying Monday-Saturday 11:00 A.M. to 10:00 P.M. and Sundays from 4:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M.
