Where do Cincinnati Bengals players and fans like to eat? We asked them to give us their favorite Cincinnati restaurants.

A new Italian eatery will soon open in Madisonville.

Celebrity chef, restaurateur and television personality Fabio Viviani will open his latest restaurant concept, Zingaro, on March 24 at Medpace’s Madisonville campus.

According to a press release, Zingaro, the latest venture from Fabio Viviani Hospitality, which owns more than 35 concepts nationwide, will serve Italian dishes inspired by the traditions that shaped Viviani’s childhood, such as homemade pasta, fresh seafood, steak and made-from-scratch appetizers.

The new restaurant will also feature roughly 5,000 square feet of dining space, seating for up to 200 guests, an open kitchen, a full service bar and an outdoor patio designed for large and small gatherings. The menu, which celebrates the diverse culinary practices found in areas throughout Italy, will include the following items:

Wagyu short rib bologneseRigatoni with parmesan fondueCacio e pepe aranciniPork ossobuco with saffron and bone marrow risottoMediterranean octopus and branzinoChianti smoked pork chop

“Growing up in Italy, every region has its own story told through food,” Viviani, a fan favorite on “Top Chef” in 2008, said in a statement. “At Zingaro, we’re celebrating those traditions and bringing them together in one place, the way people do when they travel across the country.”
