Tue., Feb. 8 — Dinner service is set to begin tomorrow night at
a new upscale American bistro in St. Charles County.
After a month or so of transforming the French Gourmet Bakery in
O’Fallon into the new Oak Barrel American Bistro & Artisan
Bakery, owner and veteran chef Todd Kussman and his team will
begin serving fresh, locally focused dishes; daily made artisan
breads; gourmet pastries; seasonal desserts and more at the 42-seat
bistro.
