This is a good one. Give his Carnitas recipe a shot too.
Yes, this is my forever pulled pork recipe. The only things I change is a I sub smoked paprika and skip the liquid smoke. And I use the cheapest brown liquor I can find. My husband would divorce me if I used 1 cup of his scotch and there is no bourbon in this Canadian household.
Any advice for those who don’t have a Dutch oven?
