I picked up some japchae on sale at a Korean market and added extra beef and vegetables at home to make a bigger batch. It turned out really good and felt a bit healthier too.

Looking good! I am so busy with life but yeah need to up my japchae game! I mean I love it but when I go to the markets it looks limp and too big since its been sitting there all day.
