  12. This Salad looks so beautiful. My front page on YouTube showed me this to look at today, so I suppose it was for me to see too.
    There are 2 ingredients that I can NOT do. I don't think it would take that much away. 1. Peppers, can't do any peppers, and
    2,. uncooked onions do not digest well for me. Everything else is just wonderful. I love chickpeas and don't find them on enough
    salad bars. I would love to know what type of Olive Oil to use as I will need to purchase some. There are hundreds of types
    on the shelves, what type of Olive Oil is best to use, or recommend one, Please. Thanks for the recipe
