This video is truly wonderful and thoughtfully made! The techniques are simple, practical, and clearly explained. I love how these small tips make sweet potatoes taste sweeter, softer, and more flavorful. Thank you for sharing such warm and valuable kitchen knowledge!
Boiling sweet potatoes? Who does that?
I've only seen them roasted, and usually poked with a fork in numerous spots to help it vent just like you would with a regular potato.
🍠✨ Simple steps but the results look unbelievably soft, sweet, and healthy. The Japanese-style tips are genius and so easy to follow.
Why are sweet potatoes so popular to make on social media lately? I eat one bite and I'm done. I either want a potato. Or something sweet. Not both all in one. I eat a potato once a day for breakfast. I've maybe had one bite of a sweet potato in 🤔,.. too many years to count.
Just clean the sweet potatoes very well, cut the skin lightly n microwave 3 to 5 minutes depending on your microwave. It’s done, simple, easy n taste delicious.
Thanks ❤
Thanks so much for sharing your video ❤❤❤❤❤
My tips: 1) Wrap in aluminum foil and bake in oven at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Done. 2) Cook for 15 minutes in the clothes dryer, then finish in the dishwasher. 3) Eat raw and lay in the sun for 21 days.
This sweet potato recipe is amazing and so easy to follow! I love the tips about soaking and roasting instead of boiling – it really helps keep the natural sweetness. The inside looks so soft and creamy, absolutely delicious. I’m definitely trying this method at home.
Thanks looks so good 👍
Healthy yummy sweets potatoes
I steam my sweet potatoes not boil.
This is such a great video! I never knew that boiling sweet potatoes in water could make them lose sweetness and nutrients. The baking soda wash and the small cuts on the skin are really smart tips. I also love the low-temperature air fryer method – the texture looks so soft and creamy! Which method do you personally use most at home, roasting or steaming?
I put coconut oil on the skin of my sweet potatoes and take a fork and punch a couple of holes in them and add cinnamon and a little raw sugar and bake at 360 for about 35 minutes they be so delicious
Essas batatas bichadas, já usei batatas assim elas ficam amargas, se não tiverem essas marcas, elas ficam saborosas.
It's always better to eat sweet potatoes with skin. It's more nourishing…
AIR FRY 400 degrees / 20 to 25 minutes turn another side cook and check fully cook
😋👍
You know how the USDA cleans the vegetables before testing for pesticides.
They use a pressure washer type of cleaner. It looks like a commercial dishwasher.
Soaking not going to compete with that.
Just don’t eat the skin. Because that is where the plant concentrates its natural pesticides.
I steam them
Never like AI videos
EU también deixei de cocinarlas en agua, las cocino en banho-maria
So it's not nature coz have butter hmm I don't like that I will bold with water.. no added natural.

It takes less time in the Microwave
You press Potato then start
Debe ser estupendo cocinarlas al vapor, creo conservarían sus nutrientes
