PITTSBURGH, PA — PITTSBURGH, PA —A Western Pennsylvania dining spot known for its Neopolitan cuisine is about to add a third location.

Pizzaiolo Primo is slated to open on William Penn Highway in Murrysville on March 18 after a custom wood-fired pizza oven, completes its journey across the Atlantic from Italy.

The restaurant space formerly housed an Atria’s location.

Diners can anticipate a menu of Neopolitan favorites such as crispy, airy-crust pizzas, a variety of pastas, antipasti and traditional Italian entrees, made by chefs who make handmade cheese, pasta and pizza daily.

The eatery is the latest offering by Pittsburgh restaurateur Ron Sofranko. Over the past four decades, he has owned and developed more than 25 restaurants and opened more than 116 eateries in four states.

The other Pizzaiolo Primo locations are in Market Square, Downtown, and in South Fayette.
