Not sure what triggered this. Canceled like i always do after an order gets processed as I don't like having a standing subscription. But HF CASH isn't supposed to be lost by canceling.
No email or anything explaining why. So don't know if this was human activity on my account or an automated system action.
Credits were from a lost box that never shipped during the winter storm debacle, and the other was from when I ordered 3 meals but only received 2.

Mine too! I had $80. I stop and start often. I had one issued on Mar 9 for a missing meal and it was reversed the next day.
Which country is this? God i am so not ready if they start using some AI shit system for things like these in germany🤦🏻♀️
