
One of my favourite breakfast inventions. Pan fried hard tofu topped with smashed avo, peanut-laoganma sauce, daikon pickles and coriander. It goes really well with black coffee.
Peanut-laoganma sauce: 1 tsp Peanut butter, 1 tsp lao gan ma, 1 tsp rice vinegar, 1 tsp lemon juice, 0.5 tsp sugar, a bit msg.
