Smashed Ceasar Tacos from Thee Burger Dude. I also made the mayo from scratch to make the Ceasar dressing all from his website and nothing disappointed. I used white beans instead and it held up great. I cannot recommend it enough if you are a Ceasar salad lover.
Let the tortillas get pretty crispy on the bottom, it gives the feeling of having it on a giant crouton
