And absolutely loving it. The bambino served me well but it was time for a change of scenery.
It was easier to pick a new espresso machine than it was a grinder but I’m stoked with both the Ascaso and the Varia.

Putting the grinder on the left side helps keep things more clean, because it keeps the steam wand further away from the ground coffee and tamping area.
